If you have a solid internet connection and don't mind paying for PS Now, that's a pretty good way to play the MGS HD collection (2, 3, and PW). You can also play MGS4 on there. You can sign up for a trial and cancel as well. That is my preferred method at the moment, since the emulators have some glitches and can't run too well on my system.
I had to use some software called WinISO to take those files and make it an .iso. Once you have an .iso, in file explorer, right click it and select mount.
